Mark is the Head of our Estate Planning and Asset Protection team and also the Financial Director within the company.

The wealth of knowledge Mark brings to the department is exceptional and is enhanced by his membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and he is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Well respected in the local community Mark is a Director and Company Secretary to both Visit York and Shopmobility York, Chairman of Bedern Hall Company and a former Governor of St Peter’s School. His additional posts as Honorary Secretary, Trustee and Director of many organsiations are too numerous to list!
